Adventist Health Mobile Care will be in EARLIMART on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 1:30 - 3:30 PM at Earlimart Rotary Park Next door to the Earlimart School District Office at 785 E. CENTER AVE. EARLIMART, CA 93219.

Basic Health Screenings (Glucose, Hemoglobin, Urine, A1C, etc.) Vitals (blood pressure, height, weight) Flu Vaccine Basic wellness checks and physicals
