Earlimart School District Kindergarten, TK, & Preschool Registration for the 2024-2025 school year:
- 1st event: February 28 & 29 @ CRC 2 from 8 AM - 5 PM
- 2nd event: May 7 & 8 @ CRC 2 from 8 AM - 6 PM
The District CRC Building is located across the street from Earlimart Rotary Park.

Do I need to bring my child (K student) to registration?
• YES, your child needs to attend the registration and will be given a Kindergarten assessment
Do I need to make an appointment?
• No appointment is needed. Simply show up with the necessary documents and the student you are registering.
What do I need to bring?
• proof of address (PG&E Bill, SoCal Bill, Rental Agreement of Mortgage Statement dated within 30 days of registration), immunization record, physical exam form, & birth certificate
(Half day - State Preschool only will need to provide income verification )
What age does my child have to be?
| Half Day Preschool (State) | children are eligible if they turn 3 before December 1 (2021 birth year) |
| Full Day Preschool (District) | children are eligible if they turn 4 on or before September 1 (2020 birth year) |
| Transitional Kindergarten “TK” | children are eligible for TK if they turn 5 between September 2 and June 2 (2019-2020 birth year) |
| Kindergarten | children are eligible if they will turn 5 on or before September 1 (2019 birth year) |
